  • Product dimensions are measured manually. A tolerance of ±1–3 mm may occur.

2. Materials

  • Our jewelry is made using the materials stated in each product listing.
  • Unless specifically mentioned, our jewelry is fashion jewelry and is not made from solid gold, sterling silver, or genuine gemstones.
  • Natural stones, pearls, or handmade items may have slight variations in color, shape, or texture, making each piece unique.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully verified.
  • Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping periods.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate.

5. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, jewelry items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To request assistance:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
  • Items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Returns requested due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchases are not accepted unless required by applicable law.

6. Warranty

  • If a product warranty is stated in the product listing, it applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover:

We cannot guarantee our products are suitable for every skin type. Customers with known metal allergies should review the material information before purchasing.

9. Pricing

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or technical issues.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
